I had a karaoke party and bought an actual speaker amp just to make it to my birthday party. And these things held up great! Very long range, they are quite loud (depending on which speaker you use - very important), easy to set up. The batteries last a long time (we sang for more than eight hours but remembered to turn them off after use) and everyone complimented how much work I put into the party, not knowing I was definitely saving on an expensive mic system have. . But you can't compromise on quality with these microphones!
