Easy to use; works with many different versions of windows operating systems - have used it at past jobs where we were using XP, 7 or 8 OS's as well as 10 and also MacOSX client machines. It was easy enough that our small team could get up to speed in no time! The software does not work like other printer drivers which don't support multiple printers (such as HP & Brother) so you end up running two parallel print queues if your network supports more than one device connected to them. This can cause issues when trying to control queue sizes from an application such as Office365 which only allows 1 document per user session open at any given point in time. We solved these problems by adding another server dedicated purely to managing all the different devices within the organisation.
