I am very happy with this headset. The sound quality/customizability is amazing and the headset is very comfortable to wear. People I speak to report excellent microphone performance, especially from the boom mic. Previous headsets I've used have always overemphasized the bass portion of the audio spectrum, making it difficult for this old man to hear all voices clearly and feel the music fully. This headset and companion app allows the user to perform a hearing test and then apply the results to create a profile to perfectly match the sound spectrum for each person. You can create multiple profiles so I have one when I wear hearing aids and one when I don't wear hearing aids. Both work great. Now I can hear every word and music clearly. Well, it's almost a new experience for me - hearing all the high notes! In addition, the headset is very comfortable to wear for a long time. I use them often for music, sometimes for phone calls and zoom calls, and most often for my amateur radio hobby - a few hours a day - which is the most demanding of all applications due to its inherent static. Now I can communicate clearly with other radio amateurs. I also find the storage/charging station very practical. And you can use the USB charging cable without a cradle to charge your headset while traveling. It also comes with an attractive and durable hard case, which is another nice feature. These headphones literally changed my life. PLUS, their tech and support staff are top notch! I needed help removing the set's built-in beeps that played when adjusting the volume because I found them a bit annoying and distracting. A download was required to update the firmware of the units (via a Windows PC only) and they held my hand every step of the way because as a Mac user I have no idea how to use a PC. They were quick to respond, their support call scheduling system worked great, and the individual support agents were helpful, friendly, and professional. They took care of me and made everything work perfectly. It was and is! Everything about Avantree impressed me. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!
