Review on Smart bracelet HONOR Band 5 RU, blue by Edyta Stadelmajer ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A good product, more pros than cons.

My first wristband for exercise. For three weeks of use, review. I used it to force myself to walk more while also trying to restore my disrupted daily routine and poor sleep. After purchasing a time-consuming smartphone, multiple ates were installed back to back. Even though I've highlighted a lot of drawbacks, I still enjoy using it. But I won't purchase an Honor Band 6. has some benefits - Convenient Android application. At first, it appears a little perplexing, but then it makes sense. The data is kept in Huawei's cloud and can be loaded from there if necessary because I created a French Huawei account (instructions and videos are available online). In addition, I have achievement badges in the program. To prevent the loss of historical data, the cloud is a need. - Color screen - If necessary, activate with a wave of the hand - When making calls, the phone vibrates and displays SMS messages. - Export data from a smartphone to Google Fit - It is not required to synchronize easily with a smartphone or even maintain a constant connection with it. However, if you need GPS when exercising, it is preferable to connect. - There is a reminder that you should warm up with a prolonged period of inactivity. Nice, but a bit Cons: There is no pressure gauge. You suddenly need to make a purchase for your grandmother. - Not intended for player control - Without selecting the option to take a pulse reading, there is no ability to monitor the pulse at any moment on the bracelet itself. You can enable real-time heart rate monitoring even using a smartphone. The training mode is an exception, where the pulse is always visible. - The phone will still create a graph from various sleep stages in the morning, even if you foolishly toss and turn in bed at night and don't sleep for longer. Although Huawei's renowned TruSleep technology asserts otherwise, you didn't get enough sleep. - The TruSleep garden has yet another stone. During an eight-hour nap, the phases alternate every 5–6 cycles. There may be additional cycles on the chart in the application, all with different lengths. – A pedometer. I jog, taking little steps. After training, it is discovered that the distance traveled is only slightly reduced in steps. The date, time, steps, calories, kilometers, weather, well, and the pulse would all be displayed simultaneously on a few helpful dials. - In training mode, notifications of intermediate workout results are overlaid by an animation of the heart rate threshold. - It's unfortunate that there isn't an option to integrate with other apps, like Sports Tracker or Sleep for Android. - There is a pulse level observation in the training regimen results for aerobic, anaerobic, intense activity, and fat burning. But at the end of the day, week, month, or year, there aren't enough of these. When I conduct business or go for a stroll down the street, I don't always activate the workout mode. For instance, I'm curious how long my heart rate was in the "fat burning" region. - Other than the start and stop buttons and the clock, there is no information on the screen when the workout is halted. - When pressing fall or winter clothing, be careful not to overpress. Wearing a bracelet on the inside of the wrist helps in part.
