Review on Vetroo L5 Black CPU Air Cooler: Low Profile Design for AMD Ryzen AM4/Intel LGA1200 115X – Advanced Cooling with 5 Heatpipes and 120mm Quiet PWM Fan by Donald Gore

When the package arrived, I already had the feeling that everything was loose in the box. The product description says an accessory bag, but my box only had a cooler, screws, and the like. That was my first problem. My second problem was that the manual that was supposed to work was also missing. My third issue you can see in the picture is that it came used as I paid for a new one. It has some thermal paste from a previous use. My final issue was that when I was looking for screws to install it, one of the 4 screws needed to screw the brackets to the motherboard was missing and this could have caused the cooler to dangle. I will be returning it but am disappointed as I paid for a new one, it was obviously used and with parts missing.
