I needed a lightweight yet durable backpack. I've been looking for a while. After about a week of use, I can say that I really liked this device. My uses are: carrying stuff while biking, going to the gym (or in my case, swimming lessons with my kid), running errands around town with the aforementioned kid, and the occasional hike (both urban and natural). So far it's holding up great (I've thrown out several other backpacks in less than a week of my "normal" use). The hardware and stitching feel solid, and it's backed by a lifetime warranty (which I'll be sure to use if something breaks). Overall I'm satisfied and for the price you can't go wrong. It's not too big and not too small!
