This ball head is exactly what I wanted. While I know this is a fake Really Right Stuff BH-25, I just couldn't afford to buy the real one. As far as I can tell, it has been completely rebuilt. It's all metal, sleek and professional looking. I used it for a personal project to make my own tripod out of trekking poles. It comfortably supports the weight of my Sony A6000 and my Canon EOS 70D. It's also pretty lightweight and very easy to use. A notch on the side allows the camera to switch to full portrait mode. The weird thing is that when the lever is released you can rotate the ball or rotate the entire ball head around the base where the serifs are. It seems a bit redundant to have these two different ways of rotating, but maybe that's for portrait mode. I would highly recommend this ball head if you are on a budget and need a lighter ball head!
