I wasn't expecting much from my unlightened medium blonde hair but the back REALLY says what can be added to darker hair for a purple tone so I tried it.None of the dyes held or washed out nearly translucent when the water first hit my head.The formula feels wrong and may work a little on gray hair, but my purple toner shampoo is changing mine Hair color more bold colors and add a pastelizer for a more effective effect - this special formula is a wash and forget it if you have ANY copper in your hair or you'll turn slightly greenish.
