The skirt feels nice and the material doesn't itch. The elastic seems a little tight although it cinches my waist (does it fit like a small size even though I went up and took a large? If you don't have a thin waist and tummy at all I don't think so not that I would recommend it if you can't handle the tightness) but as they say if you are about my height (5ft) this skirt will be too long for you. I pulled it up to my waist hoping it would help but it still fits under my legs and I don't know if you can hem it underneath because of the pattern. But if you are tall I wouldn't worry about the length, I'm sure it will fit you.
