Perfect for the Elderly/Alzheimer's in home patients! Incontinence is a big issue the longer the disease takes hold. Thank goodness for this product! The weight of the twin XL mattress holds it in place perfectly. These are completely washable. I do not throw them in the dryer, but use a drying rack. Have several on hand for those "emergency" days. We have it on the bed continuously.
