Beware of detergents
The one star rating has nothing to do with the product. I am sure the product is ok. The reason is that I received a used device. The attachments were still wet from the previous user. It won't charge unless you play with the connection. When I get it to load I have to keep an eye on it because it stops loading. Unfortunately, my return period has expired because I didn't open the package right away.
