Received a little over a month ago, already tried twice this weekend for a fight and the buckle strap has already snapped *Update 5/17/17 days after my wife sewed it. My plan was to get a full refund, but after wearing it, my son said it was more comfortable and cushioned shock better than the Ringside he normally wears. So my logic is that it's better to have something that works well for a while than something that works well all the time. So instead of a refund I received a replacement. I sent the device back, it was delivered on the 13th and I got a new one on the 17th! Good service. Upgrading my rating from 1 to 3 stars for performance and customer service. Will be 5 if they ever switch to real leather and improve the quality. ** Updated 06/27/17. My son used this headpiece for his match just this weekend and I have to say it couldn't have been better. In 3 two-minute rounds he never had to correct it. However, his opponent corrected his 38 times. If it doesn't qualify as a "perfect match" then nothing will match. I still disagree with the quality and construction of this part but the performance is top notch.
