I’m 6 foot 1, 235lbs with most of my excess weight in my belly. This product didn’t work for me. I bought it to help suck in my belly for me to look slimmer with a shirt on but it didn’t really do much. I see this working for someone who has a slightly overweight stomach but not a larger beer gut type belly like me. It’s also not very comfortable. It would have to be tight to work so unless your willing to have something wrapped tightly around your waste you won’t like it.
