I like that it is easy to use for both businesses as well as individuals. It makes sense of your data in real time so you can look at trends or see where there are opportunities to improve how people interact online. Also their support team is always helpful when needing assistance! The only thing about this software would be if they could add more features such as location tracking which we need sometimes but not all times. We have seen some small improvements since using Covid comply however nothing major yet. This has helped us keep track of who was interacting with our customers during quarantine periods through covid compliance.
