I spend a lot of time every day looking at the computer monitor. At the end of the day I felt tired with a slight headache and sensitivity to light. I immediately noticed a difference as soon as I started wearing these blue blockers. At the end of the day I felt a lot less exhausted. Color distortion is minimal; When I take off my glasses and look into them from a distance I see a yellow cast, but when I wear them the colors look completely natural. They are comfortable and work well. The only downside is that my colleagues can look at my glasses with the screen reflection - the glasses reflect enough blue light off the screen to be visible on the video camera. I don't mind - I can say they work!
