I like that it's simple to use, can be set up quickly and has lots of customization options! They also have great support if you need help with anything along the way. The only thing is there are some issues when using this in combination with other apps such as Zapier or MailChimp. For example, they don't always send push notification emails together (they're separate events), so if you want both an email AND a push notification, then you'll need two different integrations. Also, sometimes my messages get pushed out at times where no one will see them unless they're checking their inbox right away - which defeats the purpose! But overall, it works well enough to be useful, and we've been able to improve our customer service by letting people know what time frame things should arrive, etc. It allows us to keep track of open rates and response rates from campaigns without having to do manual.
