If I could give -0 stars I would. This is the worst purchase and waste of money ever. I received the remote control, put in new batteries, was able to turn on my Sony Smart TV and the remote worked for a total of 2 minutes. After that, the remote control stopped working. On top of that, it kind of messed up all my "TV display settings". The quality of this remote control is very poor and very cheap. I am very, very disappointed in this purchase. I somehow missed the "return date" and couldn't even return the remote. Do not buy.
