Don't know if it helps minimize stretch marks; I don't know what my skin would look like if I used more or less of this product. However, I know his scent is wonderful and unique, exotic without being heavy, and that helps a bit. It's not a heavy, viscous oil. I have dry skin and frizzy hair and have found this oil to help tame both. I first saw it 2-3 years ago in a review in an article in W Magazine. At that time it was not yet sold, but only created (according to the article). So I tracked down a bottle and then another bottle at Neiman Marcus (where it's gone now). The only way to know if it's for you is to buy a bottle!
