Works as expected but is too large to store multiple maps. The reason is that it becomes unwieldy and makes the shape of the object rectangular. I usually put money and my debit card in it for quick access but because it's big it stands out and people like friends and family ask what that is. Which defeats the purpose of the cover-up. I also do not recommend using in summer or spring when you sweat more than usual as there is an odor.
