This is a good product, programmer works first time, remote lock works, remote start works. A scam I just got yesterday and the low battery indicator on the dash is on. about the low battery warning, the tire pressure warning and the need to rotate them to get results. I went to the support page and it's a modest number of products on a well thought out site with no clear way to get support! My next step is to contact Revain and request a refund. The seller does not respond to my request for help
