Review on CUISINART C55CB 7MB Advantage Faux Marble Cutting by Judy Spillman

To be honest I haven't had a chance to use these knives yet. I hope they are better than the packaging. I just spent almost half an hour opening a set of knives. All of this is wrapped in a hard plastic case that's almost impossible to cut. I used a utility knife, my expensive kitchen scissors, and cut the plastic into tiny pieces, cutting my hands (not the knives) on the hard plastic itself. I think a company like Cuisinart would be smarter. Once my hands have healed I look forward to using this set. The knives themselves feel very sturdy and the cutting board is very nice. I will update later.
