Review on FULOXTECH 36.5-Inch TV Sound Bar: Wireless & Wired Bluetooth Soundbar with Surround Speakers and IR Remote Control - Black by Roberto Manzer

Decent soundbar, easy to set up. But the sound settings leave a lot to be desired. This soundbar connected to my TV via an extra cable (included) and was an easy setup to get the audio working through the bar. The sound is clear but I couldn't use the remote from day one. No problem, I figured I could just adjust the volume on the TV if I set the bar for good sound. I turned the TV up to 30 (the normal volume for a TV) and after a few days I could barely hear the sound from the bar. As if the bar had become quieter! I had to go over and manually turn the bar volume down from the top and for some reason it came back on and got loud. So caught up in this contradiction. EDIT - FULOXTECH emailed me and sent me a brand new remote for free. Unfortunately it still didn't work (probably a defective IR receiver in the soundbar itself) and they offered to return the entire product in full. I may have had a broken soundbar but their customer experience is great and they made sure all my issues were resolved.
