Super reflective, excellent quality.

I see a lot of reviews saying it was new when it arrived, mine wasn't new at all. It is in perfect condition and much brighter than the photo. The photo doesn't do it justice. It's much thicker than regular vinyl. The cut settings on Cricut should be for cardstock, not vinyl. Sticks VERY well to surfaces. A sheet of transfer tape was also included.
