Not only do you get another cup holder, you get a large one for almost any size bottle! For a quick adjustment, first rotate the base so the pressure pads pop out and just fit into the existing cup holder. Then turn the top pieces clockwise about 3/4 turn to secure them in place. To loosen, simply turn the top 3/4 turn counterclockwise. Before ordering, make sure you have a 6" gap measured from the center of your existing coaster (to allow for a full 3/4 turn).
