Review on 🍳 Stainless Steel Splatter Screen with Folding Handle - OXO Good Grips: Enhance Your Cooking Experience by Heidi Wilson

Used a product for frying in a London griddle tonight. There was spatter on the stove, control knobs and handle. I think there might be less spatter than without the screen, but I'm wondering. Also (photo) part of the screen that wasn't directly above the hob was burned at the top but not at the bottom. Neither a soft sponge nor a bristle brush removed the black spots. I'll have to buy a steel wool pad and try again. I'm not sure if I should recommend it or not. No statement on strength or durability as it was only used once.
