I like that it is easy to use, you can search by department or agency & state as well! It does not show up all of my connections when i am searching so sometimes there are holes with what shows/doesn't - but overall its good.

Easy way find people looking at your industry- great thing about this site too was being able connect w different orgs who were hiring within an organization!! I like that we can find people with skills needed within our organization, as well as those who are looking to gain new ones! We have been able solve problems by using these searches rather than going through resumes or referrals from other sources - which is great because it saves time AND money (we don't pay recruiters!). It's nice being proactive about finding candidates instead of waiting until they come knocking at your door when you're low-on staff members!!
