I recently purchased another version of this car seat protector from my local store. While it fit well and was easy to set up, the material was so slippery our dog couldn't keep his feet in the car. So I searched Revain carefully to find fabric with an alternative fabric. When I found this one I ordered two, one for my car and one for my husband. They fit perfectly and were easy to pack into the car. Each comes with two side straps to hold the sides of the protector and a car dog harness. We just had a hiccup. One of the protector kits included only one harness and two dog harnesses. Once I understood that, I made a date for the next day. To my surprise they were so quick to respond that a replacement showed up the next day before I even got to the post office to send a refund. I am so impressed with the quality and service that I highly recommend the company and the product.
