Review on BroadVoice Cloud PBX by Scott Channell

Easy access via web browser makes this product very convenient since I have no need of downloading an app or using my phone. With such accessibility it's also important to choose your plan carefully -- be sure you want all extensions included! There are 3 different plans offered here depending upon how many lines/extensions you would like to purchase but each option provides excellent quality service regardless what package selection you pick from their list on offer. We use only internal extension line numbers which helps keep costs low while still being able to make calls internationally when we travel overseas. I love how easy it is to use and set up. It's also very intuitive once you get used to it. I dislike how there are so many different options and the menus can be confusing. There are too many things to do and not enough time to do them all. I'm trying to learn the system but have run into a roadblock. I'm having issues finding help when needed. I'm hoping they will add more training courses in the future. We were looking for an easy way to manage our phone calls. This has been great for us.
