This is a questionable dealer, take the lotion elsewhere. I've bought it twice through them, thinking the first time was a fluke, but both times I've definitely gotten something used and it's far from flimsy. The box is so worn it looks like it was dug out of the trash to pass off as genuine. There is quality assurance adhesive on the bottom of the container to hold it to the box and both times it has clearly already been torn off. So when you open the container, a large spoon is taken from it. Not the air bubble you sometimes see in moisturizers. Obviously, this is an intentional removal of a significant portion of the product. Don't waste your time here. Buy elsewhere, the product is great and makes a huge impact on my face.
