Review on Eppicotispai 24 Hole Aluminum Ravioli Rolling by Prathima Rrain

Perfect ravioli squares!

This was my first time making ravioli and based on the positive reviews I chose this rolling pin press. Contrary to the success of others with the Kitchen Aid nozzle, which creates the perfect width (and perhaps because my model is an older model inherited from my MiL), my blades were too narrow and needed unrolling a bit to get the reach outer edges. never mind The press has beautifully raised mold edges that provide perfect cuts when pressed. Although most separated easily, I watched a video that recommended freezing the pressed leaves for a short time and then breaking them apart. Went like clockwork. For any beginners (like me) I recommend a piping bag/zipper for filling - I didn't know about this beforehand so it was messier than it needs to be. Hand wash - it doesn't get that dirty anyway - mostly flour - and yes, I dusted with flour before each pressing and the noodles slipped out easily. I highly recommend this press - this newbie looked like an expert.
