As a consumer, I am very difficult to please. This is mainly because in my opinion most of the products on the market are badly designed and drive me insane. However, this backpack is PHENOMENAL. I'm a commuter - I leave home at 8am and often get home around 8 or 9pm. I need a backpack that will fit my laptop, cables, notepads, books, stationery, all my gym clothes, towels, a water bottle and a few small items. This backrest is VERY roomy and can hold all of these things. The straps are nice and thick, so even carrying all those heavy things is perfectly comfortable. It even fits an extra pair of running shoes - it offers a firmer grip, but it's doable. The only minor complaint is that the laptop compartment is a bit cramped inside, but this is greatly overlooked on a host of other positives. Thank goodness there is a company that actually makes GOOD products. I was already beginning to lose faith and then this backpack appeared. And for the price? This is a unique product. Love, love, love, love, love!
