Mount It's customer service is great! You saved me!

I had a problem with my monitor and had to return it and in the hustle and bustle of life I forgot to remove the vesa mount from the back of my monitor. Realizing my stupid mistake, I contacted Mount-It! Immediately after buying a vesa mount and screws ask from them to replace mine so i can use the mount again. Mount-It! They answered my request immediately, they say they fixed me! (Free!) And to my surprise, it was a brand new mount when it arrived! I was only expecting a plate and a couple of screws! Thank you mount it! 😊 You saved me!
