It came with some bent fins

Just came like this I don’t think it will really affect the quality I’m just disappointed because I bought the most expensive radiator and it came like this

Had to make a new bottom bracket to mount the radiator but works great.the radiator solved my heating problem. The first radiator was damaged in shipping they replaced it quickly.
