My analysis of this product showed that it is a game changer in the kitchen. No longer do I have to worry about scorching my food or uneven cooking. The burner tamer plate distributes heat evenly and makes delicate simmering possible. The plate is easy to clean and made of durable cast iron. The only con is that it does take a bit longer to heat up but once it does, it's worth it!
