These are aesthetically VERY nice looking. However, they are cheaply made and will break when you try to stick them into the ground or connect them to each other. The connectors are maybe as thick as the middle of a Q-tip, but not as sturdy. You could maybe zip-tie them to each other instead, but being careful did not prevent me from breaking two of them the day they arrived. If your soil is soft and these will be protected from pretty much anything touching them, maybe. Mine were supposed to be for my walkway, but are going back as defective.I have three dogs who could damage them inadvertently, plus me sweeping or weeding around them or trying to adjust them to be straighter. If these were made of metal, they'd be awesome!
