My girl is older and I wanted something soft to cover the pillow I keep on her bed in case she gets wet. It doesn't happen often, but it will ruin her bed. It fits perfectly and doesn't come off. She's pretty gentle, just lays down, she's not a digger or grinder so it works for us. She weighs about 60 pounds and the dog bed is listed as large. They are also quite cute and look great in my house. I've been trying to think outside the box to find something that will hold the watertight seal in place and it certainly helps. They are very soft and wash well. They didn't last long so I can't comment on durability yet, but I'm hopeful.
