Sinus Headache Relief

I suffer from chronic sinus headaches and sinus infections and have decided to try all the natural treatment options available for relief. I wasn't expecting much relief from this, but it was recommended for sinus problems, so I figured why not. I tried it in the microwave, heating for 20 seconds at a time until I got the temperature I wanted. I put it on my face and my headaches were greatly reduced within 20-30 minutes. It stayed quite warm most of the time. Haven't tried it cold so can't speak to it, but I feel like it's just what I need!
