When I opened the box I was very disappointed that the product was kind of dirty even though I bought a new one. I asked for a return and it was approved, but it wasn't until I printed the label that I realized I had to pay for the return shipping. Since the product was so cheap I decided to keep it to myself and just wash it in the dishwasher. Three stars - for the appearance of the goods upon delivery. HOWEVER, this product has 5 stars for use. My hair looks great and dries 10x faster than with a traditional diffuser. I hope they can find out why the product was dirty upon arrival as that is the only reason I gave the product such a rating. I purchased the product in January 2021 - just want to put the date in case anyone reads this in a year.
