The video is watchable only during the day. Resolution is 640x480 on a 4:3 matrix. By interpolating, we can achieve a wider viewing angle and higher resolution. The camera has disappointed me. Those who comment positively on the camera's quality are probably using Skype's windowed viewing mode. The quality is inadequate for a full screen, being muddy and low resolution. I should not have purchased it. It's nice to have found a way to speak on Skype without having to constantly look at the screen.
