I bought this cream because a friend recommended a wild yam cream to help prevent hot flashes. I didn't find the brand my friend recommended to me (Mexican brand). So I browsed and saw this. This works very well. My hot flashes have decreased significantly, they haven't gone away, but I used to have hot flashes every two hours, trust me! After starting using this cream I now have 3 or 4 hot flashes throughout the day. It works out! I combine this with Swanson Menogest progesterone cream.
