I'm an ER nurse and I use a large 31 bag to carry all my gear to and from work. Management at the nursing station was getting stricter with personal bags and belongings, so I needed something smaller. Although smaller, it holds the same amount as thirty-one. Love all the pockets and the fact that the pockets and the bag itself can be zipped closed. I've always hated having all my gear on display. I have two small inner pockets and one long inner pocket with a zipper. Nurses can't go wrong with this bag.
