Good was it trainer I would size down if trying to use for waist train
I bought this for back support at work and I love it since it’s not too tight. I weight 110/115 and wear a s in clothes. This is a small and fits perfect for what I need, but I’m already in the last row of the snaps. If you are waist training I would go a size down.
