Bought these for my daughter to wear to the wedding but the weather kept getting worse before we went so I was a little nervous when she wore them BUT I was very pleasantly surprised that they are velvet. lined outside and inside! They were perfect for the 59 degree weather at this outdoor wedding! We got so many compliments on her pants and they fit her perfectly! I wish they had more colors, I would buy ALL! Will definitely buy her again when she outgrows these! (By the way, my daughter wears things 18-24m.)
