Basket arrived roughly with box. I opened the box to find the basket's metal frame was bent, the zip ties that supposedly held things together had been severed, and reinforcing bars were scattered around the box. Generally terrible, weak packaging and delivery. All that aside, the product itself appears to be of good quality, easy to set up and store. Unfortunately I will have to send this back. If a manufacturer wants quality products and satisfaction, they must ensure that the packaging is sufficient to protect the product, otherwise they will spend a lot of effort and money on replacing items.
