I ordered two #1 candles for my son's 11th birthday. One of #1 didn't work at all. I took it apart to try and get it working but there was no hope. Remember I received them the day before my son's birthday. I bought from this seller solely based on the reviews. So I called Amazon and they said they could ship one but it wouldn't be delivered until the next day. I think this is a chance I'm willing to take and hopefully I'll get another one before his party starts. It was a pity because I didn't receive it before 9pm. As you can see from the picture I had to use them on his cake, one worked and the other didn't. The only good thing is that the other one that came that night worked as you can see in the photo and video. Order them well in advance of your event to ensure they work properly. Another downside I wanted to mention is that the button at the bottom is hard to press, even the ones that worked I had to press the button a couple of times to turn them on and off.
