Incredible latency and requires a USB connection which defeats the purpose.

When used to extend the desktop, the lag between mouse movement and display was like a very slow internet connection. Also, the USB port had to be 100% plugged in, so it was basically a wired USB to HDMI connection, but with incredible latency.
