I have ordered three of these sets. Two sets sent by seller, one set sent by Revain. None of the three kits had the proper padding, airbags etc to protect the product. They're made of fairly hard, clear plastic that's more likely to break than bend if handled roughly or dropped. All three sets included 4 sets of boxes, and each order had boxes damaged. Some sets had a box or two simply cracked, while others had pieces chipped off. The broken parts were inside the box so there was damage in shipping although there was no damage to the outside of the shipping box. On the other hand, they look very nice, but when deciding whether to exchange or refund my orders, I noticed that the drawers do not slide out smoothly every time, since the outer shell is not solid, the sides are made of the top . and bottom rail. Once you put things in the drawers, the weight can cause them to fall, requiring you to wiggle and play with the drawers to close them. I ended up returning all three for a refund and found another product that helped organize my closet.
