I have several Fintie cases and this is my second wireless keyboard for my Fire tablet. I left the first one somewhere, so I ordered another one in May of this year. The new keyboard worked fine for a few weeks and then three keys stopped working. There is a message on the box asking customers to call if they have any problems. I have left multiple voicemail messages and sent multiple text messages over the course of two weeks. I finally got a call from them yesterday but I missed the call trying to grab my phone and I called back within two minutes but was only able to leave voicemail again. I called again this morning and left another message. I am very frustrated at this point and finally decided to leave a review as I was trying to resolve the issue directly with the company. I am very disappointed with such poor customer service.
