Easier to swallow than other brands I have tried it

I rely on L-lysine to help stop cold sores and when my immune system is compromised. I've been taking this for years. Even helped me get rid of shingles faster. But most other brands of pills are thick and difficult to swallow. I love these capsules because they never get stuck in my throat. For this reason I will always take this brand.
