We've made ice cream twice now and it's great. The second time we decided to add more (than in the recipe) cream - the ice cream turned out faster. I coped with two kilograms of mass (it seems that this is a little more than the instructions recommend, but we got carried away adding toppings)). If you keep the bowl in the freezer all the time, you can make ice cream at any time. Much cheaper than refrigerated models.
